A Precise, Portable, Professional-Grade Solution for Shop or Track

The PMF Alignment System gives fabricators, builders, and race teams the ability to perform accurate, repeatable alignments using a hub-mounted system designed around real-world motorsport needs. Unlike most kits that only measure camber and toe, the PMF system incorporates true caster measurement using conventional turn plates — the same method used by professional alignment racks.

Our design focuses on durability, portability, and repeatability. Everything about this tool exists because we’ve fought with other systems that were slow, finicky, inaccurate, or flat-out impractical.

Performance Features That Deliver True Precision

The Turn Table Advantage

Most hub-stand alignment systems can’t perform proper caster sweeps, or they rely on lasers and inclinometer plates that bind and drift. The PMF system integrates standard turn plates, enabling a correct 20° caster sweep exactly like an OEM alignment procedure. This eliminates guesswork and delivers repeatable, rack-quality caster measurements anywhere.

Measuring Dynamic Geometry (Ackerman, Steering Gain, etc.)

The turn plates are also extremely valuable for measuring dynamic changes in a suspension system, such as Ackerman geometry and steering gain.
Because of the nature of our builds, and the adjustability we engineer into custom suspension systems, we needed a tool that could measure far more than camber and toe.
This requirement is ultimately why we developed this system. Other hub mounted alignment options simply weren’t capable of giving us the data we needed.

Hub-Mounted Accuracy

By mounting directly at the hubs, the suspension is loaded correctly and measured without tire deflection. This gives far more consistent and predictable results than floor-based systems or wheel-mounted tools.  It also allows easy access for corner balancing and alignment adjustments.

Smooth, Zero-Bind Toe Adjustments

Rear ball transfer bearings eliminate friction during toe adjustments, letting you dial in toe without the inconsistencies caused by sliding wheels, rubber, or sticky contact points.

Trackside-Ready & Ultra-Portable

No power required. No cameras. No recalibration. No fragile mechanisms.
The entire system packs compactly and works on uneven surfaces (when used with the optional scale levelers), making it ideal for paddock alignments or rapid chassis changes between sessions.

Universal Fitment & String-System Compatible; No Lasers - For a Reason

Many hub-stand alignment systems rely on lasers for toe reference, but lasers come with real-world problems that make them unreliable in motorsport environments. Lasers are slow to set up, easily knocked out of calibration, and almost useless in bright outdoor light. Even a small bump to a stand or reflector can introduce large errors without anyone noticing.

The PMF Alignment System uses a robust string-based reference — the same method professional race teams trust trackside — because strings are faster, more stable, more visible, and far more reliable when people, jacks, wind, and sunlight enter the equation.

Strings don’t drift. Strings don’t flicker. Strings don’t care if someone bumps them. Strings just work — every time.

2-in-1: Hub Stand + Professional Turn Plates

There is another advantage to the PMF system including a pair of professional grade turn plates. The hub stand assembly simply lifts off, allowing the plates to be used as conventional turn plates whenever needed. This gives the system true 2-in-1 functionality: hub-mounted alignment when you want it, traditional wheel-on alignment when you need it. This means:

  • You get a complete hub-mounted alignment system

  • AND a pair of standalone turn plates for traditional wheel-on alignments

  • Replacing tools that normally cost $900–$1,500 on their own

This dual-use capability dramatically increases the value of the kit for both shops and teams.

Key Advantages at a Glance
