Features

• Dry carbon construction from pre-impregnated fabric
• 2x2 twill weave, 3K filaments per fiber
• 68 percent lighter than the standard powder coated aluminum lid
• Direct replacement using the cell's original fastener pattern

• One dry carbon fiber fuel cell lid
• NOT included: fasteners, which are reused from the fuel cell, and the fuel cell itself

Important Notes

• These lids do NOT fit fuel cells manufactured by other companies
• Confirm with your sanctioning body that carbon fiber is permitted for the fuel cell enclosure
• The standard aluminum lid cannot be exchanged
• Do not overtighten; over-torquing can crack the carbon fiber resin
• A replacement gasket (18-0015) may be needed when removing a drop-in pump assembly
